BWGC Major Tournaments
Eligibility - To play in the Club Championship and Captain's Cup tournaments, a member must have played in 5 sweep games with BWCG during the previous 12-month period.
Winners - A three-day tournament is held to determine the Club and Captain's Cup Champions. The player with the combined low gross score over two of the three rounds will be declared the Club Champion. The player with the combined low net scores over two of the three rounds will be declared the Captain's Cup Champion.

BWGC Weekly Sweeps
Eligibility - Members need a current handicap to enter weekly sweeps. Current handicap consists of having posted SIX 18-hole scores in last 12 months.
Rules - Players must putt out on every hole that is being used for the game. Player must continue to hit their ball until it clears the water if the hole is being used for the game otherwise it is a withdrawal (WD). Drop areas may be used.
Sign-up - Deadline to sign up is by 5 pm Tuesday prior to Thursday play day. Email sweeps tournament coordinator to sign up prior to deadline.
Sweeps Money - Members pay $3.00 (exact change) for the sweeps game, $1.00 for chip-in and $1.00 for closest-to-the-pin in money boxes located in clubhouse after checking in.
Score Cards - Two (2) scorecards per group. Second scorecard is used for game verification and provided to Handicap chair. Scorecard is customized for our weekly game and reflects our club's stroke hole handicap allocations. Record any birdies and/or chip-ins on our customized scorecard as well as any equitable scoring adjustments.
Turn in Cards - Turn in verified and signed cards to sweeps tournament coordinator at end of the round or return to box in Pro Shop.
Post Scores - Post your adjusted score to GHIN prior to the end of the day.
